Summary
Two ‘dangerously out of control’ dogs attacked two people in Cheltenham, causing them both injuries. Police are trying to locate the owner of the dogs, believed to be American bulldog breeds, after attacks in Daisy Bank. Gloucestershire Police say the first incident was reported at around 11am on September 22, in which the dogs jump up and scratched a woman after running towards her.
Details
The second incident was reported this morning (October 1) at around 8.10am. One of the dogs attacked a man, resulting in cuts on his legs. The owner of the two dogs did not leave her details after either incident and officers are asking her to get in contact to give her account of what happened.
The woman was described as white, aged in her 60s and had short grey hair which was longer on the top and shorter on the sides. She is of a slim build and usually wears jogging bottoms. Both dogs are white in colour with one wearing a muzzle and the other not.
