'Explosion' heard as large fire breaks out in Gloucestershire - live updates

Loud explosion sounds were heard when a large fire erupted in a Gloucestershire garden this evening (August 2). The fire began at around 8.40pm on Sunday, August 2, a local resident said. Photos taken at the scene show huge flames coming from a property’s garden in Coleford, with emergency services already in the area.

Details

The resident said that, while it looked to have started in the garden, it then had spread to the side of the house. Sunnybank Road has been cordoned off while firefighters and police officers are at the scene. We will keep you updated with our live blog below.
