For Park Blue Group, which has its headquarters in North Yorkshire, the acquisition nearly doubles the size of its portfolio, increasing its presence to 23 specialist children’s homes spanning the South West, Midlands, South Yorkshire and the North East. Rob Plumb, corporate finance director at Cheltenham-based Hazlewoods led the transaction.
The firm supported Flourish’s shareholders throughout the sale process from strategic planning and identifying a buyer through to successful completion. Rob said: “It has been a pleasure to advise the Flourish team and help the family achieve a successful outcome.
