And the Cotswold Farm Park co-owner said he is really looking forward to the event which showcases the agriculture of Herefordshire, Gloucestershire and Worcestershire at its finest. “I’ve been going ever since I was a kid and doing everything from going with a family member to showing sheep and cattle to judging and having the Cotswold Farm Park stand there,” he said.
“And for the last few years, I’ve been working with them as one of their ambassadors and helping to support the show.” He said it’s a showcase for everything going on in the world of farming and the agricultural sector. “If you think of the three counties it represents, there’s everything from sheep, to beef to dairy right through to strawberries, fruit and arable crops and everything in between.
“There’s a huge amount of produce that is grown in the Three Counties but of course, it is a national event, and people will be bringing livestock and horses from all over the UK. “One of the many great things the show does is connecting the general public with farming “, he added. “They learn and understand more about what is going on in food production and have a good time.

“A lot of farming is quite isolated and a little insular, so to be able to come to an event and celebrate those things is one of the things we should do more of.” Gloucestershire is the host county this year and Adam is very looking forward to seeing the county’s iconic breeds.
