Soho Coffee shop Cheltenham reopens after nearly a year

Summary

A Cheltenham coffee shop which temporarily closed last November has finally reopened. Soho Coffee Shop in Cambray Place said at the time that it would open again ‘very shortly’. A staff member confirmed yesterday (October 15) it had suffered a leak upstairs, which had forced the closure.

Details

Soho Coffee was founded in Cheltenham by Superdry founder and CEO Julian Dunkerton in 1999 and has its headquarters at Kingsditch. Cambray Place was its very first shop. Mr Dunkerton resigned from the business in 2006.

The company also has coffee shops in Regent Arcade and The Brewery Quarter. It has a total of 39 stores worldwide, with several in international airports, including Budapest, Lisbon and Geneva.
