Savills welcomes new head of office in Cirencester

Savills Cirencester is one of the firm’s five residential sales offices that serves the Cotswolds, with its other offices in Cheltenham, Stow-on-the-Wold, Oxford and Banbury. Paul has long-standing connections to the Cotswolds, including buying and developing property in the area, with his new role enabling a permanent move that he has long aspired to make.

Clare made the move into the Cotswolds from South West London where she worked as a lettings negotiator for Savills Northcote Road office. She has a wealth of experience, having started her lettings career in Chelsea before joining Savills in 2010, working first in Clapham, before being promoted and opening up the firm’s lettings office in Battersea in 2013.
After taking a career break and starting a family, she returned to Savills in 2020, based in Northcote Road. Clare joins a busy and successful residential lettings business in the Cotswolds. She said: “I am thrilled to have been able to make my dream move into the Cotswolds, and to continue my career with Savills.
