Summary
A man wearing a high-vis jacket reportedly exposed his penis in Cheltenham. Gloucestershire Police were called to Windermere Road in Cheltenham at around 8.10am on Wednesday, April 22 to reports a man was walking along the road exposing his penis. Officers arrived, and a man aged in his 60s from Cheltenham was arrested in connection with the incident.

He was taken to police custody for questioning. Gloucestershire Police are now asking anyone who was in the area and who may have seen the man to get in touch. He was described by police as white and was wearing a high-vis jacket, jeans and boots.
