Fireplace business opens new Cheltenham showroom

Summary

After months of planning, hard work and lots of excitement, The Fireplace Gallery Fires & Stoves has officially opened the doors to its brand-new showroom on Runnings Road, Cheltenham. The company has been located at Knightsbridge Business Centre in Cheltenham since 1988 and was taken over by husband-and-wife team Chris and Nicola Wilson just over eight years ago.

Details

Chris and Nicola opened a second showroom just off Eastern Avenue in Gloucester about three years ago and have now decided to take the decision to expand their business further by opening the new showroom in the former Magnet Kitchens premises on the Kingsditch Industrial Estate. Nicola said: “Chris and I have been 24/7 for weeks getting it all ready. We’re incredibly excited to begin this new chapter.

We can’t wait to welcome our old customers, new customers and everyone in between. “Our showroom may not be completely finished just yet – we’re still putting the finishing touches together – but we’re open and ready to welcome you, so please pop in, have a look around and bear with us while we complete the final bits and pieces.

“Our team will do everything we can to accommodate you and make your visit as enjoyable as possible.” Nicola added: “Business has grown a lot in recent years. We’ve probably tripled sales since we bought it.” The company offers gas fires, electric fires, wood burning & solid fuel stoves, fireplaces, bespoke media walls and accessories with air conditioning coming in 2027.

The Fireplace Gallery has seven full-time engineers, which includes a combination of Heatas qualified engineers to fit log burners, Gas Safe engineers to fit gas fires, skilled builders to construct bespoke media walls and all install electric fires. There are also six office staff, along with Chris and Nicola.
