THP Chartered Surveyors and Colliers completed the letting on behalf of Regional REIT c/o ESR Europe, as occupier demand continues for high-quality, affordable office accommodation in strategically connected locations.
Three refurbished office suites remain available, ranging from 1,741 sq ft to 2,533 sq ft.
