Pied Piper Charity Race Day returns

Summary

The Pied Piper Appeal’s popular Charity Hospitality Day returns to Clavell & Hind Taproom at Elmstone Hardwicke, near Cheltenham, on Friday, November 13, coinciding with the Cheltenham November Meeting, for a third year of racing, hospitality and fundraising.

Details

Promising a lively day of entertainment and great company, the event brings together local businesses, friends and racing enthusiasts to raise vital funds for the Gloucestershire charity, which supports sick and disabled children across the county. Guests will be welcomed with bacon rolls and a drink before enjoying a delicious two-course hot lunch, with every race shown live on large TVs.

Live music, a friendly atmosphere and free parking complete the package, making it an ideal opportunity to entertain clients, catch up with colleagues or enjoy a day out with friends. Cathryn Hage, trustee and fundraiser , said: “At just £80 per person, the event offers good value and an opportunity to combine a great day of racing with support for a worthwhile local cause.

Our sports fundraisers are popular ways to combine an activity with raising much-needed monies for local children in challenging times.” Now in its third year, the event continues the Pied Piper Appeal’s commitment to putting the fun into fundraising, bringing people together to make a difference to the lives of children and families across Gloucestershire.
