A spokesperson for Gloucestershire Police said: “We were called to New Barn Lane in Cheltenham at around 10pm yesterday (Sunday) with a report that a car had collided with parked vehicles. Officers attended and a 27-year-old man from Gloucester was arrested on suspicion of dangerous driving and driving a vehicle when above the legal alcohol limit.
