SOLD Tewkesbury converted barn sold to private investor by KBW

Summary

A converted barn on a Gloucestershire business park has sold for £192,500. The sale to a private investor, at just below the asking price of £210,000, was facilitated by Cheltenham-based KBW property consultants. The Long Barn on Severn Drive in Tewkesbury, close to Junction 9 of the M5, is currently let to Airsun Systems Limited on a seven-year lease.
