Bus crashes into Cheltenham level crossing barrier – updates as trains delayed

A witness suggested a bus and car had been involved in the incident. National Rail warned passengers trains may be cancelled or delayed by up to 35 minutes. Roads and traffic monitoring site, Inrix, reported the incident at 10.26am.
