Cheltenham-based IT services firm Optimising IT has been acquired by Evergreen Services Group, a leading technology solutions provider, in a transaction advised on by local law firm Willans LLP. The undisclosed deal value is reported to be in the multi-million pound range.

Optimising IT, founded in 2010 and based at the Hub8 co-working space on Portland Street, provides a range of IT support, cloud services, and digital transformation solutions to businesses across Gloucestershire. The company has grown rapidly in recent years, establishing a strong reputation for its technical expertise and client-focused approach.

Evergreen Services Group, headquartered in the United States, is a portfolio company of private equity firm Pacific Lake Partners. The acquisition of Optimising IT expands Evergreen’s international footprint and capabilities, allowing the group to offer enhanced services to its growing customer base in the UK.

Willans LLP, a respected law firm located in Imperial Square, Cheltenham, advised the shareholders of Optimising IT on the sale. The Willans team was led by corporate partner Theresa Grech, who has extensive experience in advising local businesses on mergers and acquisitions.
