Residents of Cheltenham and the surrounding Gloucestershire area are in for a treat this October as the renowned Banff Mountain Film Festival World Tour arrives in town. The 2026 Blue Programme, featuring a brand-new collection of adrenaline-pumping short films, will be screened at Cheltenham Town Hall on 2nd October.
The Banff Mountain Film Festival is the world’s premier showcase of extreme sports and adventure documentaries. This year’s Blue Programme promises to take the audience on unforgettable journeys, following the exploits of the planet’s top adventurers, skiers, paddlers and more as they explore the wildest corners of the globe.
The films featured will be filled with thrilling action, captivating cinematography and larger-than-life personalities. Attendees can expect to be on the edge of their seats as they witness these daring feats unfold on the big screen.
The Banff Mountain Film Festival World Tour 2026 (Blue Programme) will take place at Cheltenham Town Hall on 2nd October at 7:30 pm. Tickets are priced at £19 each, with an early bird offer running until 31st January 2026 where visitors can save £2 per ticket.
