A body has been discovered in Winston Churchill Memorial Gardens in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire. Emergency services were called to the scene shortly after 6:35 am on Friday morning after a member of the public reported seeing the body.
Gloucestershire Police have confirmed that a cordon is currently in place at the Winston Churchill Memorial Gardens off Market Street while they investigate the incident. At this stage, the death is not believed to be suspicious, and a report will be prepared for the coroner.
